The KRÜGER GROUP produces a comprehensive range of specialty dairy powders for the food retail trade. Spray-dried products include various milk powders and fat milk powder. Adherence to the highest hygiene and quality standards is also of particular importance here. Our independence in the area of milk supply and processing enables us to react flexibly to customer requirements.
In the co-packing department, we manufacture according to recipes of the customers, who are also responsible for the sales. On request, we also develop new recipes for a wide variety of uses and handle the production, packaging and distribution.
14 spray towers
30.000 t annual volume of whole milk and skimmed milk powder
We produce 100,000 tons of different powder per year in 14 spray drying towers, around 20,000 tons of whole milk and skimmed milk powder. Thanks to our strict raw material and end product controls, we can also offer powders in organic quality, lactose-free, instant or low spore, as well as an extensive range of milk-based powders – for industrial processing: from milk and yogurt powders and milk protein concentrates to commodities, caseinates and whey derivatives.
Our subsidiary Lactoland processes around 100 million liters of liquid milk products per year. Short-term capacities and flexibility are often in demand. This is why we offer our partner dairies a special service: due to seasonal fluctuations in supply and demand, we are able to balance out bottlenecks and surpluses between dairies. We have long and medium-term purchase and sales contracts for dairy products such as cream, whey and concentrates. In this way, we guarantee uninterrupted operation, delivery reliability and top quality. We travel throughout Europe for our customers and have a large efficient network.

Our subsidiary Milchwerke Mittelelbe produces various spray-dried milk powders, both whole milk and skimmed milk powder, in the following variants: instant, lactose-free, low-lactose, low-spore and organic. The instant powders have a very good solubility. Vitaminizations and other enrichments are possible on request. Optimal areas of application: baked goods, ice creams, chocolates and convenience products from soups to sauces.

Proteins are obtained from milk or whey – using high-tech filtration processes.
